At LUXOX, sustainability begins with making products that last.
Our outdoor furniture is manufactured using carefully selected virgin and first-use raw materials conforming to applicable quality and international standards. We do not reintroduce our production scrap or recovered manufacturing waste as raw material into our premium furniture production. This commitment helps us maintain consistency, durability and prolonged outdoor performance.
But responsible manufacturing does not end with the finished product.
Giving Resources a Second Purpose
LUXOX RE:CYCLE™ is our responsible resource recovery initiative through which residual materials and by-products generated during manufacturing are segregated and redirected for appropriate reuse, recycling, repurposing or recovery rather than being unnecessarily discarded.
Materials periodically made available may include aluminium and iron offcuts, wood cuttings and sawdust, memory and upholstery foam remnants, acrylic and other fabric cuttings, PE Cutting, powder-coating residuals, suitable paint-related materials, packaging materials, manufacturing by-products, retired machinery, hand tools and other reusable industrial resources.
We also promote biomass pellets and renewable-resource solutions, encouraging productive alternatives for materials that can be converted into useful energy or resources.
Our philosophy is simple:
Nothing Useful Should Go to Waste.
What is no longer useful to our manufacturing process may still become a valuable resource for someone else.
From Recovery to Responsibility
LUXOX RE:CYCLE™ is designed to create value beyond material recovery. As part of this initiative, LUXOX commits to planting at least one tree every month and supporting its care until it reaches a healthy, self-sustaining stage.
We further commit 5% of the profit generated through the LUXOX RE:CYCLE™ initiative towards supporting economically disadvantaged people within our organisation and surrounding communities through appropriate welfare and assistance initiatives.
For us, responsible waste management is not simply about disposal. It is about making thoughtful choices—using better materials, creating products with longer useful lives, recovering resources responsibly and sharing part of the value created with society.
