LUXOX RE™ foam scrap is generated during the cutting, shaping and cushioning processes involved in our furniture manufacturing. These production byproducts may include PU foam sheet offcuts, cushion foam cuttings, upholstery foam scrap, small foam pieces, strips and irregular-shaped foam remnants in various sizes and thicknesses.

At LUXOX, we use carefully selected virgin, first-use foam and cushioning materials for manufacturing our furniture to maintain consistent comfort, density, resilience and durability. Foam scrap and leftover cuttings generated during production are not reused in our new furniture cushions.

Instead of unnecessarily sending usable residual material to waste, suitable foam scrap and sheet offcuts are made available through LUXOX RE™ for recycling, repurposing and suitable secondary applications.

Foam offcuts can potentially be used by recyclers, packaging businesses, upholstery workshops, craft makers, cushioning manufacturers, educational projects and other users who can effectively repurpose smaller foam pieces.

Condition

Unused manufacturing offcuts generated during normal furniture production. Sizes, shapes, colours, densities and thicknesses may vary considerably from one lot to another. Products are sold as manufacturing scrap and not as finished cushioning material.

Available as-is, by weight or lot, subject to current production and foam scrap availability.
