LUXOX RE™ HDPE wicker scrap and offcuts are generated during the cutting, weaving, trimming and finishing processes involved in manufacturing our outdoor wicker furniture. These production byproducts may include HDPE wicker cuttings, synthetic rattan scrap, PE wicker offcuts, short wicker lengths, trimming waste and assorted leftover wicker pieces in different colours, profiles, textures and lengths.

At LUXOX, we manufacture our outdoor furniture using carefully selected virgin, first-use HDPE wicker materials to maintain consistency, UV resistance, colour stability, flexibility and long-term outdoor performance. We do not depend on recycled wicker scrap as the primary raw material for manufacturing our new furniture.

The HDPE wicker scrap generated during production is separated from our regular manufacturing material and made available through LUXOX RE™ for responsible recycling, repurposing and suitable secondary applications.

These wicker offcuts may be useful for recyclers, craft projects, weaving experiments, sample development, decorative applications, educational projects, artists and other creative uses where smaller lengths of synthetic wicker can be effectively utilised.

Material

Furniture-grade HDPE / PE synthetic wicker and artificial rattan manufacturing residuals generated during outdoor furniture production.

Typical Contents

HDPE wicker scrap, synthetic rattan scrap, PE wicker offcuts, wicker cuttings, weaving leftovers, trimming scrap, short wicker lengths, mixed-profile wicker pieces and miscellaneous production remnants.

Scrap may include flat wicker, round wicker, half-round wicker, twisted wicker, textured wicker and other profiles, depending upon our ongoing furniture production.

Condition

Unused manufacturing residuals generated during normal furniture production. Colours, profiles, textures, thicknesses, shapes and lengths will vary from lot to lot.

Some pieces may contain weaving bends, cutting marks, dust or other normal signs associated with the furniture manufacturing process.

These materials are offered as manufacturing scrap/byproducts and not as finished or specification-grade wicker material.
