LUXOX RE:CYCLE™ polypropylene and olefin scrap is generated during the cutting, weaving, trimming, stitching and finishing processes involved in manufacturing our outdoor furniture, cushions and accessories.

These manufacturing byproducts may include polypropylene rope scrap, olefin fabric offcuts, PP yarn cuttings, braid and rope remnants, fabric trimming waste, short lengths and assorted leftover polypropylene materials in different colours, textures, patterns and sizes.

At LUXOX, we use carefully selected virgin, first-use polypropylene, olefin, rope and fabric materials for manufacturing our furniture to maintain consistent quality, strength, colour stability and long-term outdoor performance. Production scrap and offcuts are not reintroduced as raw material into our new furniture manufacturing process.

Instead, through LUXOX RE:CYCLE™, suitable polypropylene and olefin scrap is separated and redirected for recycling, repurposing and appropriate secondary applications.

These materials may be useful for plastic recyclers, textile recyclers, craft makers, weaving projects, artists, educational projects, sample development and other creative or industrial applications where smaller pieces and leftover materials can be effectively utilised.

Furniture-grade polypropylene (PP), olefin fabric, PP rope, braid and yarn manufacturing residuals generated during furniture production.

Polypropylene scrap, olefin scrap, olefin fabric offcuts, PP rope cuttings, polypropylene yarn scrap, braid offcuts, fabric trimming scrap, short rope lengths and miscellaneous manufacturing remnants.

The exact composition, colour and type of scrap will vary according to our ongoing furniture production.

Condition

Unused manufacturing residuals and offcuts generated during normal production. Colours, textures, patterns, lengths, shapes and sizes may vary considerably from lot to lot.

Some materials may contain cutting, weaving, stitching, handling or other normal production marks.

These materials are offered as manufacturing scrap/byproducts and not as finished or specification-grade polypropylene or olefin material.
